Happy New Year my friends! I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and New Year. We just got back from a fabulous trip to Costa Rica (blog post coming soon) and are now settled back in Austin. It's the time of year when we have to break out the winter coats in Austin so I thought I'd share some of my favorite Winter Coats that I've purchased within the last couple years.
Let's start with this Fabulous Fuschia Coat.
If you want to make a statement, then this is the coat for you. Whether you want a casually chic look or something more sressed up like the photo below, this gal is upforthe challenge.
This Skirt & Top is from Zara and is sold out however, this coat will be a great stand out piece over a little black dress.
Green is having a major moment right now and this coat is the answer to my "I need some green in my closet" prayers.
Such a great statement coat and a major bargin!
(Only Plus Sizes still avilable)
Dressing up in this coat is simply divine, especially when you pair it with these Green Pumps and this sparkly
Nothing says "Look at me" like the color red, and this Red Coat is no exception.
So many things to love about wearing the color yellow. First and foremost, during the mostly dreary winter months, yellow is a happy color. I love wearing yellow all year round so when I saw this Yellow Moto Jacket I knew I had to have it. This particular scarf was one that I bought in Colorado so I can't link it but HERE is a similar one.
The Yellow Knee High Cowboy Boots come in Black & White also and are super comfy.
And the Jacquemus Le Chiquita Bag is a perfect accesory for this outfit. Top it off with a
Black Beanie and your cheerful and casully chic!
This Gray Coat from Express is ON SALE
and another great choice if you're looking for something other than black or brown this winter. It's tremendously neutral and looks great with white, black, camel, and yellow.
And last but most definately not least, this statement Houndstooth Coat .
Houndstooth is also having it's time in the spotlight this winter and this is a print that I can fully embrace. Wear it over anything that needs a little does of flash.
Here in Texas we are keeping our fingers crossed that the electrical grid will hold upnshould we get more freezing weather this winter but in the mean time, I will be warm & toasty in all my fabulous coats that I've picked upthis year.
Happy Shopping!
XOXO Cheers.
