Tropical Vibes

H E L L O my friends! How's everyone doing? Hope that the spring has you looking at making some vacation plans. It sure has got my travel antenna up and on that note, I'm bringing you two of my MOST favorite summer dresses that check all the tropical vacation vibes for me.

First up, this beauty from White House Black Market.

I absolutely LOVE this Tropical Print Dress for so many reasons. First of all, the fitted bodice is great. It means you have fantastic support for the girls and can wear it with a bra, or not, depending on your comfort level but either way, you will have really good support.

It's got beading on the spaghetti straps to give you some added bling, and it has a tie back so that you can cinch it tighter if you need to for added support in the bodice. At the hip it is free flowing to give you room for everything else.

It also comes in a plain black if prints aren't your thing.

It also has a side slit so that you can show just the right amount of leg.

I grabbed this Leather Woven Bag, also from White House Black Market, to wear with it.

And for this more casual look, I've styled this dress with this pair of Steve Madden Flat Sandals

I would style it with some heels and a different bag for a night out; those photos coming soon to my Insta feed.

Next up, this Flowy, Orange Dress from Mango. Whoop! A perfect summer frock!

This is a great dress for those sultry, hot, humid nights. It's very flowy and the material is very thin, but not see through. You can dress this one up or down as well, but for this look I choose some this pair of flat sandals from Vince Camuto.

I styled it in this photo with this "it's all the rage" bucket hat, also from Mango.

Also, this new bag from up and coming New York Designer Brandon Blackwood.

It's his call to End Systemic Racism and I'm totally on board with that sentiment so helping to spread the word is something I want to be a part of.

If you're not as into bucket hats as I am, or political statements for that matter, then you can also style the dress with a regular sunhat and this super cute Cult Gia dupe bag, both available at Amazon.

With that, I will take my leave of you guys and gals. I gave you two fabulous dresses that are begging for a vacation in the tropics, Mexico, or just prancing around at that backyard bar-be-que.

Cheers my friends!
