Fall Vibes are in the Air

Hey Peeps! How's everyone doing? Hope everyone enjoyed your Labor Day Weekend holiday and now that it has come and gone it is time to focus on the changing of the seasons. I'm pretty sure us folks in Texas still have about 6 more weeks of warm weather but I can't wait for cooler temps and all the fall fashion that goes with that. Having said that, I am the girl who has already pulled out all my fall decor and made my home feel very fall festive because it really helps to get me into the whole holiday mode for the remainder of the year. So, let's dive in to some of the things I'm really excited to wear this fall in anticipation of a more "normal" year next year.

So, to boot or not to boot; let's discuss. I am a huge fan of boots and perhaps the reason is because boot season is so short in Austin. As soon as the temps hit below 80 women all across Texas reach for the boots because it really doesn't have to be super cold to wear them as long as you style them with transitional pieces.

In the top photo I am wearing the fabulous Goodnight Macaroon Boots that I've shared with you before. These ones are the Carina Taupe pair and I really love the way these boots are made. They really do stay up and they hug your calf so even with skirts and tights or bare legs they don't slouch on you AND they are 40% Off right now with the code PUMPKIN.

The Fedora is a Brixton brand, a favorite from Nordstrom linked HERE. The top is a new one from Zara and is already sold out but any lightweight style top would be a great transitional piece like this one from Express HERE. The bag is Rebecca Minkoff and I've added this very cool Fendi guitar strap. I'm wearing a pair of Faux Leather Leggings that I picked up on Amazon and my go to Black Sunglasses and Sunglasses Chain that I grabbed there as well.

In this photo I'm wearing the Marlo Tan OTK Boots and as I've stated before, they aren't really tan at all. They are much closer to a rust or burnt orange color.

This Boxy Cardigan is the one that I shared on my Asos Round Up Blog and the Satin White Blouse underneath is also from Asos. Both items are 20% OFF right now using the code LABORYAY.

Now, let's talk about this Tote Bag from Goodnight Macaroon. I love the boxy shape, and it's very roomy inside. It's tweed and the colors are a great neutral combo of blue, beige, and a sort of rust color. A great bag to jazz up all your fall outfits.

Let's talk about sweaters. I may not be able to wear this sweater out until November but at this price point is was a must have. This Sweater from Amazon is not only affordable but it's super comfy and cozy. It also comes in 17 different styles and colors and it would make a great holiday gift for all those ladies on your list.

This Cresent Necklace is a great layering piece for all those high neck sweaters that you'll be wearing for the next few months and it goes great here with my Kendra Scott Necklace that was in a VIP Swag Bag at the Tribeza Fashion Show last year. I know I've said it before but I am a big fan of her jewelry and the her whole site is 20% OFF right now (hurry, sale ends at midnight tonight). Here is a current favorite necklace of mine. The Mother of Pearl Disc Earrings are AH-mazing and would also make a great holiday gift for that someone special on your list.

This very versatile beige Roll Neck Sweater is another great Amazon find and very affordable. She comes in over 15 colors and styles and pairs well with just about any thing you want. She can go totally casual with jeans and booties or you can add some sass to the classic legging and sweater combo by throwing on some Snake Skin OTK Boots like these from Jessica Simpson.

This Dior bag was a purchase I made on the Real Real Resale website last year and it's the first designer bag I've ever purchased it's pretty special to me.

Of course, no outfit is complete for me unless I've topped it off with a fabulous chapeau and this Felt Hat from Amazon is no exception.

That's it for me ladies. More fall fashion to come soon and I will do a blog about taking specific pieces from summer to fall making for a seamless transition.

Have a fantastic week!

Cheers! XOXO
